Jesus said, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.” (Mark 9:23)

DEVOTIONAL:

As a believer, your boundary comes out of your heart, and it is way outside of those who have no faith. Here’s another spiritual truth that many Christians miss. Real faith, which the Bible calls “unfeigned faith” (2 Tim. 1:5), doesn’t come just by reading your Bible every day. The Bible is logos, or the written word of God. You can read your Bible every day, but if you have no revelation of what you just read, nothing in your life will change. What is needed is hearing the “spoken” word, or the voice of the anointing—the Holy Spirit— called rhema. Rhema is when real faith comes inside your spirit. 

So, when you are walking by real faith, your boundary is no longer mental—how smart you are or how many degrees you have hanging on your office wall. It is spiritual because if you can believe, “all things become possible to him that believeth” (Mark 9:23). Have you ever heard somebody say, “I can’t believe that”? That’s the wrong expression. The right thing to say is, “I choose to believe that.” As God’s children, we are made to believe the impossible. We are for signs and wonders, and a miracle is the result of making the impossible possible. 

Are you ready to make the impossible possible? 

PRAYER:

Dear Father, help me to walk in real faith—the kind of faith that comes from my heart, and not my mind. From now on, I will walk in the fourth dimension realm of signs, wonders and miracles. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

DEVOTIONAL:

The apostle Paul expanded on the existence of two realms, the natural and the spiritual, writing, “But though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. …While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal” (2 Cor. 4:16, 18). After we are born again, we will live on forever with Christ in eternity, the way God intended for mankind to live before Adam fell. So even though some people may think that those who leave this earth no longer exist, the reality is that they were never only body and brain but also mind and spirit. That means their physical body, like yours, is not the real person. Your spirit is the real you.

Heaven is not located in the clouds or somewhere in outer space. You could travel thousands of miles into deep space and not reach heaven because it exists in another dimension. All of its realities—God’s power, wisdom, strategies, solutions, supplies, and other resources—are housed in the invisible, waiting for God’s people to access them by faith and use them here on earth. This is the dimension from which we manifest signs, wonders, and miracles. So as a believer, this physical world is no longer your limit. Your limits are now spiritual, determined by what you believe from out of your heart or spirit man.

PRAYER:

Dear God, thank you that I can live in the realm of the spirit, where signs, wonders and miracles are manifested. I access the solutions and supplies of Your kingdom by faith now. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

DEVOTIONAL:

In 2 Kings, chapter 5, there was an army captain, named Naaman, who contracted leprosy, a disease which produces lesions and discoloration all over the skin. According to Scripture, when he finally decided to obey the prophet Elisha’s instructions to dip in the Jordan River seven times—a prescription that could only have come from 4D—Naaman’s skin was instantly made new, becoming clear and unblemished “like the flesh of a little child” (2 Kings 5:14, NKJV). Understand that when solutions from the fourth dimension are applied to the healing of our bodies, diseased and defective organs are restored to the way they were in the beginning, meaning they go back to their original design and function before the fall, leaving no trace of that previous condition. 

This is what the Lord meant when He said in Luke 17:6, “If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, ‘Be thou plucked up by the root…’” (emphasis added). Jesus always went to the root of the problem—to the source of humanity’s dilemma—which was the sin of Adam. I believe He then restored health and brought wholeness to the individual at the genetic level, even cutting off the illness’ ability to be passed down to that person’s future generations.  

PRAYER:

Dear Father, I give You glory, honor and praise for You are my Healer, Provider and Protector. I thank You for every time You have healed and delivered me and my family. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

We have been called to imitate our Father in every respect, and just as God spoke the world into existence and Jesus accomplished most everything He did here on earth through the power of words, so it is every believer’s responsibility to effect change in their sphere of influence through the proper use of faith-filled words. As Matthew 12:37 MSG says, “Let me tell you something: Every one of these careless words is going to come back to haunt you. There will be a time of Reckoning. Words are powerful; take them seriously. Words can be your salvation. Words can also be your damnation.” 

Unfortunately, because many in the body of Christ have not known this truth or been taught this principle, they are constantly falling into the trap of being hung by the tongue! They do not understand that words are like workers or employees in a sense; their original purpose was not to express careless thoughts, emotions, and opinions but to carry out orders and instructions. And it goes without saying that most of us fail to keep our words gainfully employed! Isaiah 55:10–11 says, “For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: so shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.”

Watch your words!

PRAYER:

Dear God, I repent over every careless word I have spoken. I declare that every word, which has not lined up with Your Word, is condemned and comes to nothing for this is my heritage as a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

How we see ourselves has everything to do with how much God can do through us in our lifetimes. To have greater influence and effectiveness in winning the world today, the Church must begin to see herself as God sees her: equipped and empowered by Him to perform signs, wonders, and miracles in this generation, just as the disciples and apostles did in theirs. Living at this high performance level of faith, where we produce from our spirits everything that is needed to enforce God’s will in the earth, is what’s known as operating in the fourth dimension.

The fourth dimension, or 4D for short, is the invisible realm of the spirit that overrides and superimposes its reality on the physical, three-dimensional world when demanded by faith. Most people understand that the 3D world in which we live is governed by the natural laws of time, space, and matter. The Church, however, is expected and equipped to operate from a higher dimension—that of the Kingdom of God, which resides on the inside of every born-again believer. In short, Christians are commissioned to not only preach the gospel but also demonstrate it.

Are you ready to move up to the fourth dimension?

PRAYER:

Dear Father, I am ready to move up from the limitations of this three dimensional world to 4D—and operate by Your kingdom principles. Teach me daily how to walk in the fourth dimension. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

You should never underestimate what you carry. If you do, you could miss out on some divine opportunities that God set up just for you. You must value yourself. No one else can do it for you. You weren’t designed to be useless. You can and will be used by God to do something great in this life—not great according to human metrics, but great according to God’s divine metrics. 

No one can do the job of valuing you for you. Your value starts with what you say and what you think. We all have a destiny that God has assigned to us, but we won’t even attempt the journey if we don’t think we are good enough to walk down the road. The strength lies in knowing that you are the only one who can.

From this moment forward, start telling yourself a different story. You will reproduce in your life the thoughts you meditate on. Meditate on this week’s scripture verse: “I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvelous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well” (Psalm 139:14).

PRAYER:

What other people express about you can have a strong impact on how you feel about yourself. However, your opinion can still have the most powerful influence on your sense of value. What you say and think about yourself carries more weight than anything that anyone else will say about you.

Let’s be honest. You can never escape yourself. You can change your name, dye your hair, or move to a different town, but you will still be you everywhere you go. If your desire in life is to become someone you’re not, you will live in constant disappointment. If that sounds like you, I have good news. This no longer has to be your story. 

It’s true that life can throw us some curveballs, but as we keep our faith, hope, and trust in God, we will see His ultimate plan unfold in our lives.

PRAYER:

Dear God, my faith, hope and trust is in You. Because You made me and You saved me, I am satisfied with who I am in Christ Jesus. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

DEVOTIONAL:

Everyone needs to feel like they have something to offer the world. One kid can shoot another kid because of this simple principle: When I don’t value my own life, I absolutely won’t value yours. Youth need to see hope and a future so they can value the gift of life again. We can’t let the circumstances we see around us determine the value of what’s inside us.

This revelation isn’t just for inner-city youth. It’s for everyone. Value doesn’t have borders or socioeconomic boundaries; we are all looking to be valued. The pursuit of value may look different for teens living on the west or south sides of Chicago compared to a middle-aged executive living in Manhattan. But the end goal is still finding significance. The journey you will take is about understanding your unique value and what you bring to the world. 

PRAYER:

Dear Father, I repent over not fully seeing the value You’ve placed in me or the value in others. Help me to recognize and understand the opportunities You have given me to bring hope and healing to hurting people. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

So many people today do not experience self-worth. They live with low self-esteem, doubting their own worth. And God longs to reach their hearts with His truth. He longs to show them how valuable they are. I’ve discovered that one of the most important things missing in the hearts of humanity today is value.

Everyone wants to feel significant. People pay thousands and thousands of dollars to get it. Some try to alter their appearance to increase their sense of value. Some join gangs to try to find it through a feeling of family. Others are quick to tell you their job title or credentials, assuming that will inflate their value in the eyes of their hearers.

Many times people are just looking to feel significant. However, true value cannot be artificially manufactured. True and lasting value comes from within. Knowing your value will enable you to be a better person and make better decisions and choices.

PRAYER:

Dear Father, thank you that no matter what my circumstances are or how I feel about myself, You have created me to have value and make a difference in this world. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. (Genesis 1:27)

DEVOTIONAL:

As Christ’s body, we need a revelation of this kingdom life. We are made to operate on the same supernatural level that Adam and Eve operated on before the Fall. We are made to live in a kingdom that produces more than enough for us. To get there, we will need revelation of the kingdom. Genesis 1:26 says, “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.”

God made us to function just like Him in the earth. He gave us dominion, which means rule and lordship, over all the earth. He made us to govern and manage the earth and its resources in the very beginning. Verse 27 says, “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.”

God created humans in His image and in His class, as under-rulers in the earth. Humans didn’t create God. The created will never be God. We will never be El Shaddai, God Almighty, yet God gave us authority and responsibility over the earth’s resources. Psalm 115:16 confirms this, saying, “The heaven, even the heavens, are the Lord’s: but the earth hath he given to the children of men.”

PRAYER:

Dear God, thank you that Your kingdom has more than enough for me in every area of my life and that You have made me in Your image to rule and reign with Jesus. I take my place of dominion to make the earth a better place. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
