SCRIPTURE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2026how God\nanointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about\ndoing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with\nhim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(Acts 10:38)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DEVOTIONAL:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The devil is behind all oppression, and\nsickness is one manifestation of oppression. The devil is defeated though, and\nthe only power he has is what man gives him. He started in the garden of Eden\nas a snake and ended up in the book of Revelation as a dragon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the enemy was busy buffeting Paul and\nraising up opposition against Paul from city to city, Paul sought God three\ntimes that it might depart from him. God\u2019s response was (my personal paraphrase),\n\u201cPaul, I don\u2019t need to get the devil off your back. You get him off your own\nback. Just use the grace that I\u2019ve given you.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

God wants you to defeat the devil so you can\npass through places where satan can\u2019t even touch you. Just like when Jesus\npreached His first sermon and the religious folk got so angry, they wanted to\nthrow Him off a cliff. But they weren\u2019t able to touch Him He just passed\nthrough the midst of the crowd and went His way (see Luke 4:28\u201330).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HEALING\nCONFESSION:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Say this with boldness, \u201cGod is with me and\nHis Word is still healing today. God\u2019s grace is sufficient for me, so devil,\nget off my back, get off my healing, and get out of my life! In Jesus\u2019 Name.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
