SCRIPTURE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So God created man in his\u00a0own<\/em>\u00a0image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. (Genesis 1:27)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DEVOTIONAL:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Christ\u2019s body, we need a revelation of this kingdom life. We are made to operate on the same supernatural level that Adam and Eve operated on before the Fall. We are made to live in a kingdom that produces more than enough for us. To get there, we will need revelation of the kingdom. Genesis 1:26 says, \u201cAnd God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

God made us to function just like Him in the earth. He gave us dominion, which means rule and lordship, over all the earth. He made us to govern and manage the earth and its resources in the very beginning. Verse 27 says, \u201cSo God created man in his own<\/em> image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

God created humans in His image and in His class, as under-rulers in the earth. Humans didn\u2019t create God. The created will never be God. We will never be El Shaddai, God Almighty, yet God gave us authority and responsibility over the earth\u2019s resources. Psalm 115:16 confirms this, saying, \u201cThe heaven, even<\/em> the heavens, are<\/em> the Lord\u2019s: but the earth hath he given to the children of men.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PRAYER:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dear God, thank you that Your kingdom has more than enough for me in every area of my life and that You have made me in Your image to rule and reign with Jesus. I take my place of dominion to make the earth a better place. In Jesus\u2019 Name, Amen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
