SCRIPTURE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And Elisha prayed, and said,\u00a0Lord, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the Lord opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain\u00a0was<\/em>\u00a0full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.\u00a0(2\u00a0Kings\u00a06:17)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DEVOTIONAL:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you see what\u2019s in the invisible by faith, you don\u2019t have to stumble in the dark for solutions. George Washington Carver said he never had to grope for answers. When he went into what he called \u201cGod\u2019s little workshop\u201d (his laboratory), he said God just pulled back the curtains and he could see. Through his seeing, Carver developed more than three hundred products from peanuts, including milk, cooking oil, cosmetics, insulation, soap, lotions, and shaving cream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fact that you can\u2019t see something with your natural eyes doesn\u2019t mean it\u2019s not there or that it doesn\u2019t exist. Elisha\u2019s panic-stricken servant discovered this truth in 2 Kings, when the Syrian army surrounded the prophet\u2019s house to take him captive. \u201cAnd Elisha prayed, and said, Lord, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the Lord opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha\u201d (2Kings 6:17).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When our spiritual eyes are open, we can see our provision and our protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PRAYER:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dear Lord, open my spiritual eyes that I may see Your provision, protection, and the fulfillment of every other need and desire that I have. In Jesus\u2019 Name. Amen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
