(Psalm 66:12)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>DEVOTIONAL:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let\u2019s start by painting a picture\u2026 \u201cFor thou, O God, hast proved us: thou hast tried us, as silver is tried.Thou broughtest us into the net; thou laidst affliction upon our loins. Thou hast caused men to ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water: but thou broughtest us out into a wealthy&nbsp;<em>place<\/em>\u201d (Psalm 66:10\u201312).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Does this sound like a situation you are facing today? Well then, it\u2019s time for you to rejoice! God specializes in turning man\u2019s adversity into triumph\u2014by showing favor to those who belong to Him. His plans for us are for good, and when He brings us out, this is where He causes us to end up: \u201c\u2026but thou broughtest us out into a wealthy&nbsp;<em>place<\/em>\u201d (Psalm 66:12).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Other translations further define what wealthy place means: <em>well-watered<\/em> (MSG), <em>a spacious place<\/em> (RSV, <em>fr<\/em>eedom (CEB), <em>place of rest<\/em> (Septuagint), <em>rich relief and liberty<\/em> (Moffat), <em>abundant<\/em> <em>prosperity<\/em> (Har), and <em>overflowing abundance<\/em> (Ber).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is where He wants us to end up. This is the picture He desires in each of our lives. He wants us to end up in our wealthy place. This is what He has ordained for us. From the beginning of time God prepared a wealthy place for us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PRAYER:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dear God, I praise You for Your love and desire for Your people to be in our wealthy place. I will testify of Your goodness and faithfulness to me. In Jesus\u2019 Name.
