DEVOTIONAL:

You may not realize it, but if you are born again, you are a walking, breathing miracle. When you accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, something supernatural happened. The Creator of the whole universe and His Kingdom came to live on the inside of you.

Too many of God’s people have been talked out of believing in miracles. Jesus is still speaking and working miracles. He is simply doing them through His new body, the Church. People need faith to manifest God’s miracles, and faith comes only one way—by the Word of God. Miracles must be preached right alongside the Kingdom of God.

In these last days there are battles you can’t win and promises you’ll be hard-pressed to possess without a miracle. Human intellect and ability alone will be no match for the devil. To see more miracles, we must begin to expect more miracles—on every mountain of influence that shapes culture today. I call it developing a miracle mindset. People, especially the unsaved, have a heart hunger for miracles. No matter their color, creed, or country, deep inside they yearn to be reconnected to the God of miracles, which are evidence of not only His existence but His love. John 2:23 says, “Now when he [Jesus] was in Jerusalem at the Passover…many believed in his name, when they saw the miracles which he did.”

PRAYER:

Father God, I want to develop a miracle mindset. By faith and according to Your Word, I receive faith to believe for great miracles. In Jesus’ Name, I pray. Amen.
