SCRIPTURE:

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1)

DEVOTIONAL:

God wants us to live our lives partnering with Him and in step with Him. He gave the earth to mankind and commanded us to be stewards over it. (A steward is one who takes care of some goods for another.) As a caretaker over the earth, nothing is supposed to happen here without our permission. That’s where faith and vision come into play. How far can you see?

When Ezekiel looked into the valley and saw all those bones, he spoke to them and in time, life came back to them. You can do the same. You’re going to speak to things, and the words and power that you’re going to carry are going to bring forth something living. God’s power will do that.

It’s time to ask God to fill you with His faith so you can see the world around you as it ought to be. Then you can begin to declare His Word over it and release the Holy Spirit into every part that is out of line. God will faithfully execute His will.

PRAYER:

Dear God, fill me with Your faith to declare Your Word over every situation in my life and in the lives of those for whom the Holy Spirit leads me to pray. Thank you in Jesus’ Name, Amen.
