It’s Time You Step on the Devil
SCRIPTURE:
Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” (Luke 10:19)
DEVOTIONAL:
Come on, step on the devil a little bit! Step on him! See, that’s what you’ve got to do! You’ve got to remind yourself that satan has no power over you! “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you” (Luke 10:19).
I like the way The Passion Translation says it, “Now you understand that I have imparted to you my authority to trample over his kingdom. You will trample upon every demon before you and overcome every power Satan possesses. Absolutely nothing will harm you as you walk in this authority.”
Don’t you be cowardly and shrink back saying, “Ooh, maybe I shouldn’t have said that.” Say it again! Bind every demonic spirit that is trying to steal, kill and destroy in your life or the lives of your loved ones. Realize, that’s the devil trying to keep himself in your life by deceiving and intimidating you!
PRAYER:
Dear God, I bind the works of the devil that have come against my health, my family, my finances or any other area of my life. I declare that he will not steal, kill or destroy in my life, my family, or my finances. I am redeemed from poverty. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
