SCRIPTURE:

(Jesus’) mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it. (John 2:5)

DEVOTIONAL:

Revelation comes through meditating on God’s Word, which appeals to both your understanding and your imagination. Like seeds, the Word comes with the ability to bring itself to pass. As you meditate on the Word, it produces faith to accomplish what you desire. While information is confined to an earthly level of increase, revelation produces explosive (supernatural) increase. As one man said, “Revelation brings a revolution.”

Consider Jesus’ first public miracle, the turning of water into wine (John 2:1–11). He bypassed everything in the natural process to make wine. In the natural, to produce fine wine requires years of planting, growing, harvesting, and aging. The informational route would have literally taken a lifetime. But within seconds Jesus implemented the revelation from the Father by faith and overrode time and nature. He turned mere water into the best and most expensive wine at the wedding. That is an explosive result! 

PRAYER:

Father God, with You all things are possible! I meditate on Your Word, and receive revelation concerning (name a situation in your life where you need God to move supernaturally). I thank You for Your supernatural solution and provision. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
