The Lord answered, “If you had faith even as small as a mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, ‘May you be uprooted and be planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you! (Luke 17:6 NLT)

Say this with me, “All disease is from the devil.” See, you’ve got to be firm in that because you can’t get healed saying God is putting this disease or that disease on me. Because God doesn’t have any disease.

Say this with me, “The Word of God is the most powerful thing that exists.” There are some powerful things in the natural. How about the atomic bomb? That’s pretty powerful, isn’t it? The Word of God is more powerful! How about a storm—a tornado or a hurricane? No man has invented anything to stop a hurricane. Can the Word stop a storm? Yes! “Jesus told a storm, “Peace, be still,” and the thing stopped immediately. Just think of any disease that might have come into your body, the Word of God is more powerful. Its purpose is to destroy the works of the devil. Remember, your focus isn’t on the disease; it’s on the Word of God.

Natural things must obey the spoken Word of God. Have you ever thought, “If only I had more faith.”? The apostles did. They wanted to know how they could get more faith. “And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith” (Luke 17:5). Jesus replied to the apostles’ request for more faith, “If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you” (verse 6). If you’re a believer in Jesus and speak according to His Word, nothing can escape your faith command. Faith and the Word are synonymous. You can’t have the Word without faith and you can’t have faith without the Word. Got it? Once you get the Word you’ve got faith.

Dear God, I decree over every symptom of sickness and disease in my body (or someone you know); you are not the will of God for me. God does not have disease. Devil, I speak the Word of God against you, and your works in my life are destroyed. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
