SCRIPTURE:

But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach. (Romans 10:8)

DEVOTIONAL:

“Dominating time” is being able to understand that as Christian believers we have dominion over the whole earth, which includes time. Faith is always now. Faith doesn’t have to wait on time; that’s why when you lay hands on the sick, and God heals them just like that, you just went around time. Time didn’t hold you up.

Healing has become the exception not the rule. We have gotten away from some of the things that made the church stand apart from the world, and one of them is divine healing. When I say that, I mean that when somebody gets healed, it’s looked at as an exception…like, “Whoa, they got healed!” instead of with a confident expectancy of “Yeah, she got healed.”

I’m not saying that we minimize the work of God because I know it’s a supernatural work, but the point of it is, much of time, if healing ever takes place, it’s unexpected like God is doing a new thing! Healing is based on faith and people have gotten away from faith. They have gotten away from believing, speaking, and acting on the word of faith. “ But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;” (Romans 10:8).

PRAYER:

Dear God, I repent of every time I failed to believe or that I looked to the ways of the world to get my healing. There is nothing too hard for You. Thank you that You have given us power as believers in Christ to dominate time. I receive my healing now! In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
