Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

(Hebrews 11:3)

How does God operate? What is His modus operandi? He spoke things into existence. He changed and rearranged the earth as well as natural things with words. This is confirmed again in this week’s scripture. We see that the material realm you see on earth is a product of the spiritual realm. Therefore, the earth is a copy of something in the spiritual realm. The physical image you see of yourself in the mirror is not the real you. It is just your body; if the real you left your body, your body would not continue to live. The only way material things exist is when they have a spiritual component.

Everything you see was made from something you cannot see with the natural eye. God followed this principle when He made the universe and when He made mankind. He not only made the worlds by something you cannot see, He also sustains the world by something you cannot see. The Word created the world, and the Word sustains the world. Having established this method of operation, God made man to operate like Him and He turned the earth over to us to have dominion over it.

In order for you to exercise that dominion, God gave you the ability to speak words. If you say what God says, it will come to pass. And, if you say nothing, you will get nothing. If you say wrong things, wrong things will come to pass.

Are you ready to operate like God operates?

Dear God, I am ready to operate like You operate. I speak words of victory, health, hope, peace and prosperity. I speak over my situation now. (Say what you want to happen in your health, marriage, family, business, job, ministry or other concern you have.) Thank you that my words have power to bring it to pass. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
