Scripture:

But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
(Philippians 4:19)

Devotion:

Don’t ever think that God doesn’t have enough money, spare body parts, or whatever you need. That’s what they thought at the wedding in Cana when the host ran out of wine after they had been drinking for two weeks. In John 2:3–5, 10 (NCV), when the wine was all gone, Mary said to Jesus, “They have no more wine.”

Jesus replied, “Why come to me? My time has not yet come.” Mary then said to the servants, “Do whatever he tells you to do.” Notice, she was operating totally in faith. Jesus told them to fill the water pots up with water. There were six water pots, each holding 20 to 30 gallons. Then Jesus said, “Now take some out and give it to the master of the feast.”

They did as Jesus said and after the man in charge drank the water (now turned to wine) He called the bridegroom over and said, “People always serve the best wine first. Later, after the guests have been drinking awhile, they serve the cheaper wine. But you have saved the best wine till now.”

There is no second best with God. His way, His will, His provision, and His plan for your life is always greater than anything you could come up with on your own. Whatever He says, do it. Have faith in The Blessing of the Lord!

Prayer:

Dear Lord, thank you for The Blessing. I will do whatever You tell me to do. I receive by faith Your best in every area of my life. (Name areas in your life where you need The Blessing to operate and believe you receive the manifestation of God’s promises.) In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
