SCRIPTURE:

Whatsoever he (Jesus) saith unto you, do it (John 2:5)

DEVOTIONAL:

Mary, the mother of Jesus, gave us the secret to manifesting the dreams and plans God gives us when she told the servants at the wedding in Cana, “Whatsoever he (Jesus) saith unto you, do it” (John 2:5). The apostle Paul said, “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God” (Romans 8:14). Whether you lead in your family or lead a nation, the principles, or shall I say the rules of leadership, do not change.

Jesus, who was, without question, the greatest leader of all time said this, “‘I tell you the truth: the Son can do nothing on his own; he does only what he sees his Father doing. What the Father does, the Son also does’” (John 5:19 GNT). The Spirit of the Lord and the anointing that was on Jesus made Him a flawless leader.

Understanding this biblical leadership principle of divine guidance and empowerment, and putting it to work in your life, will guarantee leadership excellence and right decisions in all of your earthly challenges and pursuits. Learn to develop a sensitivity to hearing God’s voice and follow His divine guidance. You will experience unprecedented breakthroughs to new levels of innovation, achievement and influence—greater than you ever imagined!

PRAYER:

Dear God, I seek Your divine guidance and empowerment in all that I do. Thank you for giving me the wisdom to make right decisions and for the anointing of Your Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
