SCRIPTURE:

And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, and had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, when she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment. For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole. And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague. (Mark 5:25–29)

DEVOTIONAL:

In Mark, chapter five, there was a woman who had an issue of blood for twelve years. (See this week’s scripture for the account.)

Here’s the point in this example. You cannot enjoy the “Promises” and the “Plenty” of God without first destroying the ungodly images that have been sown into your subconscious. An inner image of lack will never produce an outer  manifestation of plenty and abundance. An inner image of sickness will never produce an outward manifestation of healing and wholeness. The woman’s continuous confession of her future, “if I may touch his clothes, I shall be whole,” destroyed the “grow worse” image that was built inside her through constantly hearing and meditating an evil report that she was getting worse.

Meditation brings a Revelation (spiritual sight) that causes a Revolution. You can actually believe or imagine to the point where you develop what I call…“Crazy Faith.” This is a level of faith where our minds are no longer governed by what makes sense.

PRAYER:

Lord, I thank You for replacing any negative images in my subconscious with the truths in Your Word. I declare that I am walking in health and wholeness, plenty and abundance, and (Name whatever you are believing for God to manifest in  your situation.) As I meditate on the Word of God, I am developing “crazy faith!” In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
